National Woman’s day

National Women's Day draws attention to significant issues African women still face, such as parenting, domestic violence, sexual harassment in the workplace, unequal pay, and schooling for all girls. It can be used as a day to fight for or protest these ideas.

We also need to celebrate our two beautiful colleagues on this day. Dr Shelaine Batohi and Dr Rialize Terblanche.

In light of the public holiday. This makes it a slightly longer weekend for those of us that are not working this weekend.

Some activities that are available around Pretoria

An escape room that is open on 9th August public holiday.

https://www.hennopstrails.co.za/hiking-trail/

The Hennops hiking trail consists of 3 trails setting out from Hadeda Camp. At the beginning and end of the trails meanders along the Hennops River before veering away into the surrounding mountains. The cost is R100/adult and R50/schoolchildren.

Working hours during public holiday today: 07h00 – 13h00

Weekend

More birthdays!

On Saturday we celebrate Dr Noelle Oosthuizen and Dr Almarie Woest.

On Sunday we celebrate Dr Michelle Mostert

A whole doctor that has shown us, fitness is a choice, going the extra mile is also a choice - her choice. Doing ICU time as a medical officer, running, hiking in her free time. May today be amazing and hope that the year is even better!

A reminder to please check WhatsApp social group for upcoming events!

Keep an eye out for the RSVP coming soon
