Mother's Day highlight for the previous Sunday, 12 May 2024
A huge thank you for all our mothers, Anaesthetic mothers and mothers in the department alike.
Gentle reminder to everyone to please thank our "anaesthetic parental figures" for their daily input of blood, sweat and tears into our developments. May we flourish into young sentient beings that will now be able to finally correct surgically dried biltong physiology.
13 May 2024 Monday
We are having suspicious amounts of electricity lately. Today... (Newsletter written on Sunday) marks day 47 of continuous load-shedding free days. Don't feel depressed if you just installed solar, "with immediate effect" might take place in 16 days SHARP.
Sorrows, prayers
For everyone allocated to T15 on Mondays (just kidding)
232 days remain until the end of the year
14 May 2024 Tuesday
"So, when's the best time to have that cuppa? There's no scientific evidence that supports a “best time.” But a mid- to late-morning cup between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. may help you reap the most coffee benefits. That's when cortisol levels start to dip, and you'll get the biggest bang from the effect of caffeine." - Cleveland Clinic
But please don't let them tell you what to do. Also see above picture for alternatives to coffee so that we can deprive ourselves of more joy. #NotTheAsianPushingGreenTea

This week marks 3 weeks fire free on level 6 theatre complex. May I suggest some alternatives to microwaving food?
If you look at these reviews however, Radha clearly wanted something smaller despite having the sizes listed out. None-the-less an interesting product.
