We tend to see a few kiddies on Prof Goller's lists with various conditions. Orthopaedic oncological surgeries present a unique set of challenges for both surgeons and anaesthesiologists due to the complexity of the procedures, the specific needs of cancer patients, and the potential for perioperative complications. The goal of perioperative care is to ensure optimal outcomes by focusing on preoperative evaluation and preparation, intraoperative management, and postoperative monitoring and pain control.

Marry Me Chicken is a popular dish known for its creamy, cheesy sauce. Here's a recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken: In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Dredge chicken breasts in the mixture.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté vegetables: In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Make the sauce: Pour chicken broth and heavy cream into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine ingredients: Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the sauce. Stir until melted and combined.
  6. Return chicken: Return cooked chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the cheesy sauce.
  7. Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes or rice.
